Last night we made homemade pizza at home! It was delicious. I made regular pizza dough from scratch for my hubby, and followed this recipe for a low carb pizza dough. Today was very cold weather in North Vancouver so I made butter chicken for dinner. With curry, there comes naan! So I made low carb naan by simply reheating the frozen low carb cauliflower pizza dough from last night on a very hot skillet:
AND a mock naan for my hubby (i.e. cooked the pizza dough in very high heat skillet) – I pretended it was REAL! NAAN! But he didn’t fall for it. He did say, it was nonetheless good.
Butter chicken was made by blending the left over tomato sauce and leftover chopped broccoli (using this awesome tool after cooking in a pressure cooker and then pressure cooked even more after putting chicken, curry powder, butter, and heavy cream.
Delicioius meal and supre easy to make 🙂 Light chopped broccoli vinegar salad with chives went really well with it too.
