My boyfriend was working on Saturday so I decided to make a nice dinner for him. I made
It’s low carb and super easy! Rub salt & rosemary & olive oil and stick in a meat thermometer until temperature is right (I have the one that indicates the desired temperature for different kind of meat). I also made
arugula & parmesan cheese salad. Arugula is my favourite food (and apparently President Obama’s too, but that doesn’t mean anything lol.) For dressing I put olive oil & balsamic vinegar. Simple but yum!
And because I’m such a good girlfriend haha I made my bf’s favourite
brownies, even thought it’s not low carb. I had a bite
and mmMMMM it was so good! I found a recipe for brownie at the back of
Baker’s unsweetened chocolate. Maybe I’ll give it a try using my sugar free syrups & almond flour!
